Full-day rental is from 9am to 4:00 pm. As an option for full-day rentals only we allow you to pick up the night before at no additional cost starting Tuesday evening for Wednesday rentals - Friday (Between 5:00 pm -5:30 pm). Rentals must be returned by 4:00pm on the last rental day. Half-day rental periods are from 9 am to 12:30pm or 12:30pm to 4:00pm. Please call for more details.

IF NOT RETURNED BY EXACTLY 4:00 PM ON THE LAST RENTAL DAY (HALF DAY RETURNS 12:30PM AND OR 4:00PM) A FEE OF $95.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY HOUR PAST. (Example 4:01pm $95.00 charge, 12:31pm $95.00 charge)

Yes, a Release of Liability must be signed prior to the activity, and a safety checklist & training are mandatory.

Yes, no one under the age of 18 may drive an ATV, and those under 21 may not drive a Side x Side. All rentals must be accompanied by someone over 21 years of age. All drivers must have a valid driver's license.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the pick-up date. No refunds are given for cancellations within 7 days.

Yes, the provider reserves the right to alter daily itineraries or cancel any trip.

The rental includes helmets, 12’ to 14’ Trailer with tie downs, insurance, a full tank of gas, and a trail map.

It's important to note that insurance does not cover retrieval costs or lost revenue due to downtime during repairs. We require a $2,000.00 Damage Deposit per machine, which requires a credit card. It is your responsibility to ensure funds are available on your card on the day of rental.

ATVs and Side x Side’s need to be returned with a full tank of gas.

Lost or damaged helmets will be charged a fee of $75.00 per helmet.

We offer tire insurance at the cost of $35.00 that covers all tires of the rental including the trailer.

Recommended items to bring include water, sunblock, a camera, snacks, gloves, a rain suit, long-sleeve shirt and pants, closed-toe shoes, and sunglasses or goggles.

Rentals must be trailered to the trailhead. Trailers are provided and are included in the rental price.

No. Our single seat ATVs are designed only for a single driver. If you have a passenger, you must rent a multi passenger side by side or 2-seater ATV.

Minors under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a legal guardian or parent to participate. By Colorado law, parents and caregivers are responsible for properly restraining a child in a booster or car seat and all minors ages 18 and under must wear a helmet.

No. The ATV(s) are not street legal. You can only operate them in designated areas. The National Forest Service will ticket you for leaving the trail system.

Reservations are highly recommended. There are many times we book up a couple of days out and if you just show up you may not get a machine.

Drop-off times for all rentals are 4 pm on the return day. Any late returns past this time will be charged $95.00 for every hour past.

No, this is all self-guided. We provide you with a free detailed trail map of the area. We are not licensed to guide.

Valid Driver’s license (for all drivers) current proof of insurance (for tow vehicles) valid credit card, security deposit, completed waivers.

It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle can tow a trailer. If for any reason your vehicle is not capable of towing one of our trailers, you will forfeit your rental.

ATVs and Side x Sides need to be returned with a full tank of gas. Washing the rental is not required. If you choose to wash the rental, please no pressure washing.

We provide a free trail map with every rental. If by chance you do get lost, you will need to contact emergency services (911). It is your responsibility to know where you are going and how to get back. Getting lost is not an excuse for being late.

We offer tire insurance at the cost of $35 that covers all tires of the rental and the trailer. If by chance you get a flat tire, drive the rental back to the trailer and bring it to Outdoor Depot for repairs.
