Rental Info & Policies

  • A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and the balance due upon arrival.
  • Please arrive a half an hour in advance to complete paperwork.
  • Full day rental is from 9am to 4:00 pm. Multi-day rentals must be returned by 4:00pm on the last rental day. Half day rental period is from 9 am to 12:30pm or 12:30pm to 4:00pm
  • A Release of Liability must be signed prior to activity.
  • You will be required to go through a safety checklist & training.
  • No one under the age of 18 may drive a Single Rider ATV or under 21 may drive a Side x Side. Drivers must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. The whole renting party must have more people 21 and over than under 21 years of age. All renter/drivers must show drivers license at time of rental.
  • Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and/or American Express. A $1,500.00 credit card security deposit per vehicle is due upon departure. This deposit is refundable providing the ATV(s) have not been damaged or abused. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
  • All rates are subject to 7.5% tax.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: We will refund the full deposit amount for any cancellation made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled pick up date. No refunds will be given for cancellations inside of 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up date. No shows are charged the full fees for the reservation made. Parties arriving with less people than expected and requesting less vehicles than reserved will be charged the full fee of the original reservation.
  • We reserve the right to alter daily itinerary or cancel any trip.

What is included with the rental?

  1. Helmet
  2. Insurance. Please note that our insurance does not cover the cost of retrievals nor does it cover the cost of lost revenue due to down time while the unit is being repaired. These expenses will be the responsibility of you the customer. Insurance Deductible is a $1000.00 which you will be responsible for if there is any damage to the vehicle. 
  3. A full Tank of gas. You are responsible for returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas. If you do not you will be charged for fuel.

What should you bring?

Weather conditions in the mountains can change in an instant. You need to be prepared. One minute it can be sunny and warm and then change to rain, snow, hail or freezing. Below is a suggest list of items to bring on your trip:

  1. Water
  2. Sunblock
  3. Camera
  4. Snacks (Cheese, Crackers, Jerky, Mixed Nuts, Energy Bars, etc)
  5. Gloves
  6. Rain Suit
  7. Long Sleeve Shirt, Long Pants, Closed Toe Shoes
  8. Sunglasses/Goggles

Do I have to trailer machines to the trail head or can I simply rent and ride?

Trailers are included in the rental price and if you want to haul them somewhere for riding simply stop by and pick up the trailer loaded with your equipment and head out.

Can I have a passenger on a single seat ATV?

No. Our single seat ATV’s are designed only for a single driver. If you have a passenger you must rent a multi passenger side by side or 2 seater ATV.

Is it important to make a reservation?

Reservations are highly recommended. There are many times we book up a couple days out and if you just show up you may not get a machine.

Can my small children participate?

Minors under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a legal guardian or parent to participate.

Can I ride my ATV on paved streets or roads?

No. The ATV(s) are not street legal. You can only operate them in designated areas. The National Forest Service will ticket you for leaving the trail system.
